Set of CHIP books, the cookbook (Eat More), text book (Learn More) and work book (Live More)
Unlike most other health programs, the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) is about long-term behavior change. It is about adopting a new lifestyle to proactively prevent, manage and even reverse disease. I was creative director and designer of the resources that are used in the program and the packaging of these resources. This also flowed onto producing artwork for the video sessions of CHIP.

Packaging for the CHIP kits.

CHIP kit contains three books (Eat More, Live More and Learn More), foldable waterbottle (Drink More) and Pedometer (Walk More).
Below are sample spreads from the Learn More text book. My role was to turn the collection of information and ideas from several different contributors into an attractive and engaging book, helping to make the complex health related research into easy to understand graphics.

These pages below come from the Live More work book. This is the book where participants in the CHIP program fill out their progress and is used in conjunction with the video sections of the program to reinforce the lifestyle behaviour discussed in each session.
